Does your faith permeate your life? Well, that may be a tough question to answer objectively. So let’s ask ourselves some other questions to help us accurately assess how well our faith is worked out through the fabric of our lives.
- Where do you first turn when you feel confused about current events or popular opinion? a person you admire? the news? a friend? or prayer?
- To what do you try to align your life? the views of others? a noble standard? a personal ideal? or God’s Word?
- How frequently do you feel out of step with the world? And what do you do about it when you do?
When we are walking in step with the Holy Spirit, there will most certainly be many times when we feel out of step with the world. Otherwise, we need to ask ourselves if we are walking with Him at all?
Since this is the kind of life we have chosen, the life of the Spirit, let us make sure that we do not just hold it as an idea in our heads or a sentiment in our hearts, but work out its implications in every detail of our lives. ~ Galatians 5:25 (MSG)
WOW! Love the new look. Way to step up your game Kay.
Great video today, Kay, and great ideas for travel👍🏻 Our daughter, son-in-law and only grandchild live in Switzerland. We can hardly wait until we can travel again to see them. We miss them so much! I always struggle with what to wear on that very long flight, so I am going to save this post a refer back to it before we travel again. Thank you! Have a blessed day!
Great video, Kay. As always, I learned a lot. It would be great if a beach were in all of our futures. 😎
BFMD is part of my devotions now: so encouraging and very instructive.
