Hello and welcome to Dressed for My Day this Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Tomorrow I’ll be rolling out my official Black Friday Shopping Guide which will list oh so many great sales. But I’ll also be highlighting my picks at what I consider to be the 10 Best Black Friday Sales. But before we start talking sales, let’s talk Christmas presents. Today I’m sharing 5 Christmas gifts I think you might want to keep on hand for gifting to the women in your life this season.
Can you guess what they might be???
These are Christmas gifts that I’ve kept stocked in the past or that I’ve ordered to have on hand this year. And while a couple of them are quite traditional, they’re unique in the way I’m using them or in the type I’m suggesting you try. Hmm. You’ll have to watch the video to see what I mean.

I hope you enjoyed today’s video. Because it’s a holiday week and you and I both have lots to do, I’m not going to make this a long, drawn out post. But I do have a shopping widget with all of the Christmas gifts in today’s video for your convenience. I’m also linking to the sweater and earrings I wore in the video.
Thanks so much for taking time out of your busy day to watch today’s video and visit my blog site. I do hope you have a lovely Thanksgiving! If you have any questions about the Christmas gifts I’ve featured here today, please drop me a note in the comments. These truly are gifts I love and highly recommend.

Blessed for My Day
Life. It’s really precious, isn’t it? Just to awaken each morning is a blessing. But to also know you are loved, you are cared for, you are seen and you are on the heart of God, that is truly living. Jesus said that He is the life. True life, rich life is found in the person of Jesus. I dare say, to the degree we are seeking and drawing close to Him, our lives are indeed bountiful and meaningful.
But Jesus also claimed to be “the resurrection.” In Him we have eternal life. Isn’t it amazing to think that this life is just the tip of the iceberg? There is so much more to life, and we haven’t yet begun to experience the fullest life. As we celebrate thanksgiving, let’s begin by expressing our gratitude for Jesus. He is the beginning of all good and perfect things. He is the greatest gift of all. And through Him we have all that brings us joy and meaning and purpose and hope.
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; the one who believes in Me will live, even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?” ~ John 11:25-26

Such great gifts to have on hand Kay!
I use cloth napkins Every Day for just my husband and I. It just makes eating dinner that much nicer.
Candles are another item I like……so nice to keep the house smelling good. The ones you offered look super nice.
What great gifts to have on hand…..enjoyed today’s video.
Blessings,
I left a comment on the video of how helpful your ideas are. Great idea! However, I forgot to add how very pretty you look in your sweater. Wonderful bright colors definitely flatter you well.
Ahh, thanks so much, Doreen. Yeah, I tend to wear a lot of black and grey. But when I see photos of me in colors I wonder why I don’t wear them more often. 🤷🏼♀️
