My Loft Sale Picks

Hello dear gal! My daughter is still in town for just a brief visit, so I’m spending as much time as I can with her right now. Yesterday we hit a few stores and I tried on some things I thought I’d share with you gals this week. I have my Loft sale picks today, and later this week I’ll share some great finds at J.Jill. I hear they’ll be offering another bargain buy at J.Jill later this week, so I’ll save them until then.

Let’s check out what I found at Loft yesterday. Most of these items are 50% at the register, but a few are full price.

This tie hem tank also comes in olive green and white. It fits true to size and it features a ribbed texture. The button front midi skirt has an elasticized back on the waist band. The background of the skirt is navy. It’s a nice length and style for the office or church.

I cannot for the life of me find this t-shirt on the web site, so I’ve linked to a similar one with anchors printed on it. It is half off. The pants are presently full price. They’re very comfortable, but definitely not slenderizing.

I love the cheerful colors in these mosaic tie waist wide leg pants. The fabric is soft and fluid and the fit is comfortable and a little more slimming than the previous pants. They feel light and easy. I also like this flutter tee in raspberry pop with the pants. The top also comes in a light blue that would work well, too.

The tee is 50% off. The pants are presently full price.

In the background above you can see Abby in a mosaic tiered maxi dress. It’s beautiful and 50% off.

If you need a little black dress for the summer, this is it. I’m telling you, this dress feels amazingly comfortable, but it looks oh so chic. Surprisingly, it’s partially lined, but I didn’t feel hot or bothered by it. The silhouette is slimming and attractive and the black is nice and solid. I’m wearing the medium, so I’d definitely go with your larger size of preference.

My daughter owns this textured jogger skirt and enjoys wearing it. I think it feels very comfortable and looks trim. But it is a little short for my taste, considering it does not have shorts underneath. Still, it might be great for a car trip or just working around the house.

Here I’m wearing an 8 in the Riviera shorts, but in the next photo you’ll see I switched to a 6. The 8 looks okay here, but they were really roomy on me. At any rate, they’re 50% off and available in so many pretty shades.

Here I’m wearing the Riviera shorts in the classic pink, but they really look pretty peachy to me. I love this leopard print ruffle tie neck top and came home with it and the pink shorts.

These shorts are great shorts. I’ve owned them before and have really enjoyed wearing them. They’re a nice thickness, casual but can be dressed up and easy to wear. These are the modern fit, but they do come in a curvy fit as well. The shorts also come in a 4″ inseam.

That’s a wrap! Like I said, I’m really focusing on my daughter for the last couple of days I have her here for this short visit. So I didn’t try on as much as I might have otherwise. But they do have some great buys at Loft right now. The sale ends Thursday and sizes were going fast in the store.

Blessed for My Day

Does disunity among believers break your heart or pique your interest? Are you drawn into drama in the church or saddened by it? Honestly, there’s something about us humans that sometimes sucks us into sick games we play. But God is not amused.

Let’s remember that God not only values unity among His children; He insists upon it. Let’s treasure the harmony Christ calls us to, and let’s fight to protect that brotherhood and sisterhood instead of fighting each other. Let’s be for one another instead of looking for a fight. And let’s go out of our way to make thing right instead of making things more messy.
