As James and I were talking over our Christmas gift giving plans the other day, I confessed that have absolutely everything I want. I feel so blessed. No, I don’t have as much “stuff” as some, but I have all I need and so much more. And I have a feeling that’s how most of my readers feel, too. Is that true of you?
So while I’m preparing this Christmas Gift Guide for Women, I’m thinking of the women, like myself, who may be on our lists. These are our sisters and dearest friends, perhaps co-workers or a mentor, maybe a small group leader or a hairdresser. We want to give these sweet gals something they’ll enjoy, maybe a sweet indulgence. But we know they don’t really lack for anything.
My list also, however, includes a few pricey indulgences. If you sometimes treat yourself to something special at this time of the year, I’ve got suggestions for you. Or if you want to send your husband a link to this list, he’ll find some lovely gifts for you here, too.
So take my Christmas Gift Guide for Women for what it is…a wish list of sorts, but also a list of sweet indulgences for the women in our lives who really already have everything they need…and more. You’ll find gifts at every price point because only you know what you want to spend on the women in your life.
Happy shopping!
BP. Girlfriend Pajamas // Who doesn’t like receiving new pajamas at Christmas? And these come in several great prints and colors. They look so comfy! And the price is right, especially with free shipping and free return shipping.
Kate Spade New York That Sparkle Stud Earrings // I recently purchased these earrings in black. I think they look so classy. You’ll see them in upcoming posts here at Dressed for My Day. But I bet any of the women in your life would love them, too. They’re available in several different colors.
Wubby Fleece Pullover // As I type up this gift guide, this fleece pullover is marked down considerably and available in every size. I hope it stays that way for a while, but I have a feeling it won’t last forever. This is definitely one of the sharpest looking fleece pullovers I’ve seen this season. For the gal who’s always chilly, this is the bomb!
TravelWise Packing Cube System // These packing cubes are on my wish list. I’ve met so many people who have perfected packing by using these versatile cubes. But it always seems there’s other things I need to buy, so I never get around to purchasing these. That’s why these easy to use packing cubes make such a great gift for the gals in your life: they’re one of those things we neglect to buy for ourselves, but love once we get them!
Glass Cloche Jewelry Storage // I never seem to have enough jewelry storage, and I don’t even have nearly as much jewelry as many gals. Plus I think these glass cloches are such beautiful containers for jewelry. I would LOVE to receive one or all of these, and I bet the women on your list would, too.
Small Travel Jewelry Box // Packing jewelry for a trip seems to be the hardest thing about getting ready to travel. Well, maybe it packs okay, but then it doesn’t unpack well because it’s gotten tangled! The woman who travels occasionally will love this small travel jewelry box.
Bose QuietComfort 35 II Wireless Bluetooth Headphones, Noise-Cancelling, with Alexa voice control // For the gal who travels a lot or who finds herself in noisy break rooms, these headphones will provide a welcomed respite. Ha! Yes, these are pricey, but they’re also the best available in this price range. And aren’t they pretty in that rose gold?
Silk Pillowcase // Call me old-fashioned, but I think a silk pillowcase is always a wonderful gift for a lady. Not only is it luxurious to sleep on, but it keeps your skin and hair protected, too. This is the one I have, and I love it! It’s available in several pretty colors.
Tory Burch Perry Leather Hobo Bag // I don’t think I’ve ever owned a handbag for which I have received more compliments than my Tory Burch McGraw Leather Hobo. So if you the gal you’re shopping for loves a beautiful handbag, you won’t go wrong with either of these. But this Perry Hobo is reduced in price right now, making it a sweet deal of an indulgence. It’s also available in black.
Cashmere Turtleneck Sweater // I recently picked up this turtleneck in camel, and I’m delighted with the quality. But the price is sweet, too. This sweater comes in several great colors, including wardrobe essential black, camel and ivory. But you might also want to check out this v-neck version.
Pop Top Gloves // I know they make gloves that are supposed to be touch screen compatible, but come on. I can barely handle my phone’s touch screen with my bare fingers, much less with gloves on! But these pop top gloves are darling and functional. She probably wouldn’t buy them for herself, but she’ll thank you for them!
Pill Case // As someone who has to pack a pill case every time I travel, I know that this simple gift would be greatly appreciated. I usually just tuck my plastic case into a plastic baggy. Ha! But this little cloth case would be both more chic and more secure.
Thymes Kimono Rose Hand Creme // I think any hand cream is a delightful, simple gift for a woman. But this Thymes hand creme is the best I’ve ever used. It goes on silky smooth and truly leaves your hands feeling like satin. The scent is also extremely pleasant. If you order this, you might better order two. You know why. *wink*
Here’s a widget with most of the items (but not all) listed above. Also, remember the prices in the widget are not always accurate. So click through if you’re interested.

Blessed for My Day
Our words are powerful, especially those that are spoken out loud. They hammer in the attitudes and thoughts that race through our head, whether they are based on truth or not. Our spoken words nail down the ideas that become the foundation of our character and actions.
That’s why words of praise pave the way into the presence of the Lord. They stop us from circling the worries and speculations in our minds and lead us to the One who is the Truth. There, in His presence, the air can clear and the fog can lift. We see our circumstances and the future more plainly. And our hope returns.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations. ~ Psalm 100:4-5
