Hello gals! I’m adding a bonus post this week because I discovered that the Nordstrom Winter Sale is to good to pass up. But when I began scouring through the pages and pages of great buys I realized it’s also not so easy to navigate. I thought I’d spare you the labor and help you discover the best buys. I’m sharing 5 reasons to shop the sale and what I’d buy.

Shop the Nordstrom Winter Sale if…

…you’re preparing for a special event.

If you have a special occasion such as a wedding, anniversary party or other gala approaching, you might find some beautiful accessories or even the perfect dress in the Nordstrom Winter Sale.

I found beautiful dresses for most any season in the Nordstrom Winter Sale. Sizes are going fast, though.

You’ll also find every kind of accessory you might need for your special occasion, including shoes, handbags, wraps and jewelry.

…you’re shopping for Christmas gifts already.

It’s a great time to buy Christmas gifts of all kinds. You’ll find something for everyone in your family. And you’ll find clothing and accessories for warm and cool weather.

I found so many beautiful sweaters in the Nordstrom Winter Sale. And many of these still come in a variety of sizes and colors. But I have a feeling they won’t be around long.

You’ll also find jeans and denim, pants and leggings, and sweatshirts and hoodies in the Nordstrom Winter Sale. And if you’ve been waiting for the end of the season to buy a new winter coat, jacket or blazer, now’s the time.

…you’re building your spring wardrobe.

Be sure to check out this week’s Spring Trends Week posts for all the details about what’s trending this spring and summer as far as styles and colors. Then you’re ready to start purchasing a few transitional pieces for the spring season.

Of course, trench coats and blazers have long been staples of a stylish spring wardrobe. But this year spring leather is expected to dominate. You’ll find quite a selection of leather and faux leather jackets in the Nordstrom Winter Sale.

You’ll find dresses in every price range suitable for spring. Some of the ones I’m showing here are a little pricier. I think sales like these provide the perfect opportunity for buying that special dress, jacket or coat that is normally out of your price range, but now it’s just within reach. So if you prefer to shop for better bargains, you’ll find them in the sale. But you’ll also find higher end styles marked down to reasonable prices for the investment.

If you need spring tops now for a trip south or you just want to get a head start, it’s a great time to look for pretty ones at the Nordstrom Winter Sale.
